Staff were amicable all the time. Bathroom included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Had a really lovely experience, I liked this place!

It was a pleasure to meet Sheila, the host, everything was fantastic. The bed was very comfy and there where feather pillows too, requested them beforehand. It was in a peaceful place.

Everything was perfect, except the weather; it was hot outside. Sheila made everything for all of us.

Appreciate the pleasant stay at this place, loved the setting of the Tavern near the main railway line, a shop, and the Westpoint Centre exhibition.

The whole experience suited the needs, I would love to return.

In general, it's perfect base for staying in Exeter. The place has not particularly comfortable bed, yet we somehow liked the stay. Very close to Exeter International airport, which is 20 minutes drive away.

The room is absolutely stunning and clean. The master bedroom is hugely soft and perfect for a solo traveler.- The location is great, close to many local attractions, making it lovely to walk around the area.

The location here is beautiful, close to Clysthayes Bridge, and conveniently near Exeter, Cullompton, and the Tavern.

My stay here was fantastic, and I can definitely recommend it, pleasant for a one-night stay.

Convenient hair dryer, a spacious walk-in shower, and always fresh towels are provided here. The location is calm and cozy tucked away in a quaint alley. The staff and host are extremely welcoming and kind. 🛁

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and complimentary tea and coffee. The peaceful and beautiful garden provided a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host, Sheila, was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even going the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely book again!

In terms of breakfast selection, it would have been nice to have egg cups available for the egg maker in the room. this was a minor point and didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Affordable 1-bedroom apartment with comfy bed, sofa bed, and Netflix. Friendly landlady loved by kids. Convenient location near motorway and attractions. Quiet inside with good WiFi.

Friendly staff who were very helpful with everything. We had a great stay and would definitely come back here. 😊
